Steve and the Daughters of Liberty are hunting down the latest person to use the name Scourge, who has killed some NYC cops.
Steve and Misty seem to have tracked Scourge to the subways.
But it’s Misty who runs into him first.
Not only does Scourge get the jump on Misty, but he gets the jump on Steve as well.
And it looks like he’s cosplaying as U.S. Agent. Or he is U.S. Agent?
