War of the Realms comes to Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur in next week’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur #43, but this preview of the issue doesn’t waste much time ruminating on the invasion of Earth by the forces of Malekith. Instead, Moon Girl uses that invasion as a good reason for a flashback, remembering a time she really put Avenger Thor in his place. It all happened in Central Park, once upon a time…
Ouch! That’s definitly harsh… but also fair. And Thor agrees. He also needs Moon Girl’s help to solve a problem in Asgard that his fists or his hammer aren’t well-suited for.
But Moon Girl’s time is valuable, and not even prodigious compliments from the God of Thunder himself are necessarily going to be enough to convince her to solve Thor’s riddle.
Will Thor do the right thing and pay her for her time? Or, since she’s a child, will he simply kidnap her and fly her off to Asgard?
