Marvel Comics has sent a bunch of comic book titles back for second printing – and some updates on previous announcements. Last week, we told you that The War Of The Realms: New Agents Of Atlas had gone to second printing but with – we understand- a massive uptick in orders from retailers after this article, Marvel Comics are adding a Virgin Second Printing cover tiered 1:25 to the original second printing, with an FOC for this weekend.
Other books now going to a second printing are Amazing Spider-Man #21, Daredevil #5, Guardians Of The Galaxy #5, Immortal Hulk #17, Spider-Man: Life Story #3 and Uncanny X-Men #17 – all titles that have become critical darlings for Marvel of late. Look for them to talk large about this at the Diamond Retailer Summit in Las Vegas this weekend.
Quality sells? There’s a novelty. We don’t have the new visuals aside from New Agents Of Atlas, but here are a look at some previous week’s variant covers, beginning with The War Of The Realms #3.
