In the future world of Batman Beyond, Bruce Wayne no longer has to be Batman. And, in fact, he cannot be. But does he have to be totally useless? Apparently so, as we see in this preview of Batman Beyond #32. Batman is seconds from death, unable to breathe thanks to a gravity generator…

But Bruce Wayne is acting like… well, he doesn’t really care.

Yeah, seriously. Just giving up like that?!

Apparently, Bruce just doesn’t care about that. Sorry kid. Luckly, fortune favors the bold…

No thanks to Bruce Wayne! We have to admit, this is very un-Bruce-Wayne-like… could there be more to it?
