My Father The Ghost – Bone Parish #2 Out This Week

Bone Parish hit big with its launch issue last month. The new series by Cullen Bunn and Jonas Scharf from Boom Studios sees small organised crime family dealing with a new drug they have perfected, allowing people to live the remarkable lives of the dead by grinding up their bones, processing them through an unknown fashion and then snorting the lines. While the matriarch, who has rejected outreach from New York families to acquire their operation, relying on the counsel of her late husband, summoned by the remaining motes of his processed ashes.

And she has just said no to the Manhattan mobsters. One of her dealers has been killed by the sex worker ghosts he summoned up.

Issue 2 picks up this coming Wednesday… and if the father is not a physical ghost, he is a metaphorical one…
