Tom King is working on something with Andy Kubert. Well, yeah, there’s that one thing, the Superman 100-Page Giant story, in issue #3, available now at Walmart (the only place you can buy both comics and a knife to stab them with). But he’s also working on something with Andy Kubert involving Sgt. Rock, King revealed on Twitter Friday:
Just cause I’m working on a Sgt. Rock thing for Andy Kubert today, here’s a Rock page from Joe Kubert, I spotted at San Diego a few years back.

So is this a spoiler for the Superman 100-Page Giant story? It could be. Or maybe something else? Either way, King was willing to give us a tease on what this team-up will include. And what it will include is the classic comic book pastime of Nazi punching. King shared a look inside his script:
I told you I had the best job.
"PANEL 3: ROCK punching a NAZI in his stupid face.
CAPTION: This war.
PANEL 4: SUPERMAN punching a NAZI in his stupid face"

And Francesco Francavilla, who drew Sgt. Rock with Tom King for the 2017 DC Holiday special, seemed to get a little jealous.
Why am I not drawing this again?

Sorry, Francesco. You should find a writer who looks at you like these dolphins look at Scott Snyder and Jock.
